At One Click Website Designers LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality custom printed products. Because most of our products are made specifically for each customer, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Custom Printed Products

All custom printed products are made to order using the artwork, text, logos, colors, and specifications provided or approved by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, all custom print sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom products except in the situations described below.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

A refund, replacement, or reprint may be approved if:

• The product arrives damaged during shipping.

• The product contains a manufacturing defect.

• The product received is different from the item ordered.

• A printing error occurred that was caused by One Click Website Designers LLC or our production partners.

If your request is approved, we may, at our discretion:

• Reprint the item.

• Replace the item.

• Issue a partial or full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be provided for:

• Customer-approved artwork containing spelling, grammar, or design errors.

• Incorrect information submitted by the customer.

• Poor-quality images or low-resolution files provided by the customer.

• Incorrect color selections chosen by the customer.

• Incorrect sizing or product selection.

• Minor color, placement, embroidery, or print variations that are considered normal within the printing industry.

• Orders delayed due to shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

• Customer remorse or change of mind after production has begun.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, proofs, spelling, grammar, colors, sizing, and layout before approving production.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges cannot be made.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos showing the product and the problem.

• Photos of the packaging, if shipping damage occurred.

Failure to report issues within 7 days may result in the claim being denied.

Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

1. We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.

2. If necessary, we may request additional photographs or information.

3. In some cases, we may ask that the product be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.

4. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Return Instructions

Do not return any products without first contacting us.

If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Packages returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

• A manufacturing defect.

• A printing error.

• An incorrect item sent by us.

• Shipping damage approved through our claims process.

Non-Custom Products

If we offer non-custom, non-personalized products, they may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused.

• In their original packaging.

• In resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a fair resolution.

Unauthorized chargebacks for products that were properly produced and delivered in accordance with approved artwork and these policies may be disputed with supporting documentation.
