This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside our Terms of Use. By placing an order with One Click Website Designers LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any products from our website.

Custom Printed Products

All custom print products sold by One Click Website Designers LLC are made to order specifically for each customer. Because every product is customized, production begins only after your order has been placed, payment has been received, and artwork has been approved (when applicable).

Order Processing

Production typically begins after:

• Your order has been placed.

• Payment has been successfully received.

• Artwork or design has been approved (if required).

Estimated production time: 2–7 business days, depending on the product and printing method.

Some specialty or large-volume orders may require additional production time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Available for select products during checkout.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

• Product type

• Quantity ordered

• Package weight

• Shipping destination

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly indicated on our website.

Multiple Shipments

To provide a wide variety of products, we work with trusted professional production partners. If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately.

If this occurs:

• You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

• Items may arrive on different dates.

• No additional shipping charges will be applied beyond those shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Shipping carrier delays

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Holidays

• High seasonal demand

• Production delays

• Supply shortages

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

One Click Website Designers LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the order must be re-shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other suitable resolution.

Color & Print Variations

While we strive to reproduce every design accurately, slight variations in color, print placement, sizing, alignment, embroidery, or finish may occur due to differences in monitor settings, printing equipment, materials, and production processes.

These minor variations are considered normal within the printing industry and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, spelling, grammar, colors, sizing, and design details before production begins.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, or corrections cannot be made.

One Click Website Designers LLC is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.

Product Images

Product photos, digital mockups, and website images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Actual products may vary slightly in color, size, material, print placement, embroidery, or finish depending on the selected product and production process.

Custom Products & Cancellations

Because every custom printed product is made specifically for each customer:

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer preference, incorrect sizing, color selection, or design choices approved by the customer.

Returns & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Approved claims may be resolved by:

• Reprinting the affected product.

• Replacing the product.

• Providing another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

International Shipping

At this time, One Click Website Designers LLC ships within the United States only.

International shipping may become available in the future.

Design Services Disclaimer

If One Click Website Designers LLC creates or modifies artwork on behalf of the customer, production will not begin until the customer has reviewed and approved the final proof. Approval confirms that all text, colors, images, layout, sizing, and other design elements are correct. Once approved, the customer accepts full responsibility for the final artwork, and additional changes may require new production charges.

This provides an extra layer of protection and sets clear expectations for customers ordering custom-designed products.
